The lightest colored red in the lineup, the 1975 Chateauneuf du Pape (this was made by Henri Brunier) offers a solid perfume (garrigue, cherry blossom, strawberries, passion fruit) in a medium-bodied, lightly textured, fleeting, yet pretty style. It shows the classic saltiness of the estate with time in the glass, and still offers enjoyment, although this is certainly not my favorite.
