Fermented in seasoned oak, the 2010 Pinot Gris offers pronounced poached pear and white peach aromas with hints of allspice and honeysuckle. Medium bodied with a good bit of texture and refreshing acidity, it has a long stone fruit and pear finish. Drink this one now through 2013. Shadowfax does not have a USA importer, though exports to the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong.
