From vines of varying ages—15, 20 and 50+ years old—from Brauneberg and Mülheim, the 2016 Riesling Trocken is a medium-bodied, straight, fresh and mineral estate Riesling with racy yet ripe acidity and a silky texture. The finish is dense, fruity and already pretty complex. Tasted in March 2018 from AP 2 17.
