The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon contains some Champoux Vineyard fruit. It sports a nose of pain grille, mineral, a hint of balsamic, black currant, and blackberry. Structured, balanced, and lengthy, it will benefit from 3-4 years of cellaring and offer prime drinking from 2013 to 2027.
