More structure, oak, depth, and power symbolize the 2008 Pinot Noir Rosella’s Vineyard. About 25% whole clusters are used, and about 70% new oak. This is clearly a Pinot Noir meant to last 6-10 years or more. The fruit displays nice underbrush, gamey, smoky notes with plenty of red and black undertones. The wine is fleshy, deep, and full-bodied, with an enticing texture and structured, lightly tannic finish. This wine will benefit from another year or so of bottle age and drink well for up to a decade. This admirable winery seems to be very consistent and offers good value for their wines.Tel.
