The 2004 Montefalco Rosso is soft and floral in its ripe red fruits, earthiness, menthol and tobacco. This accessible wine is best enjoyed over the next few years while the fruit is still fresh. The Rosso is predominantly Sangiovese, Sagrantino, Colorino and Merlot. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2011.
