The 2015 Brunello di Montalcino Molino della Suga is another wine from producer Bonacchi that feels a little watery and light, especially considering the power and concentration of the vintage. Indeed, it is not easy to tell these various wines apart, whether it be the Brunello Molino della Suga, Molino del Piano or the Casalino. You get cherry and dried raspberry with spice, toasted almond and a touch of aniseed or medicinal herb. Serve it with a Russian borscht or beef dumplings in broth. Some 40,000 bottles were made.
