Composed of 52% Grenache Blanc, 24% Viognier, 12% Roussanne, 9% Marsanne and 3% Clairette Blanche, the 2016 Patelin de Tablas Blanc exudes beautiful pear tart, apple pie and allspice notes with touches of anise and baking bread. Medium-bodied, with a lovely silken texture, it has a racy backbone and plenty of spiced fruit, finishing long and peppery. 3,000 cases were made.
