Precise, vibrant veins of minerality give the 2010 Dolcetto d’Alba its energy, focus and delineation. Juicy dark cherries, plums, violets, spices and tar are some of the many notes that continue to emerge over time. Proprietor Davide Mozzone did a great job with his Dolcetto. Ideally, the 2010 is best enjoyed over the next year or two, while the fruit remains vibrant. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2014.
