The 1995 Pinot Blanc possesses light body and good freshness. Typical of the modern winemaking style in northern Italy, the three 1995 offerings from Tiefenbrunner emphasize fruit in a straightforward, medium-bodied, crisp, acidic style. Although none of them are likely to elicit any oohs and aahs, they are cleanly made. While they will keep for 2-3 years, these wines are meant to be drunk early for their freshness, so they are best consumed before spring, 1997.
