The delicious 2006 Pinot Bianco offers richly honeyed fruit, minerals and expressive aromatics with excellent length and a crisp finish. Drink this accessible, delicate white over the next year or so. Anticipated maturity: 2007-2008. Tiefenbrunner is located in Cortaccia, towards the southern part of Alto Adige. The estate’s vineyards benefit from an almost Mediterranean micro-climate as well as an alternation of daytime and evening temperatures which allow the fruit to ripen gradually and therefore fully develop their aromatic qualities.
