The 2007 El Rocallis is 100% Incrozio Manzoni (a cross of Pinot Blanc and Riesling) aged for 6 months in French oak and 30 months in bottle prior to release. The racy minerality of the nose is reminiscent of highly pedigreed Chablis, while on the palate it is rich, savory, impressively concentrated, and lengthy.
