The 2003 El Rocallis is 100% Incrozzio Manzonni, a cross of Pinot Blanc and Riesling. It spent four months in French oak and 42 months in bottle prior to release. It offers a unique aromatic profile of baking spices, mineral, apricot, and an assortment of dried fruits. Creamy on the palate, it is dry, rich, and well balanced with several years of aging potential. Drink it over the next eight years.
