Bob Cabral continues to fashion mouthfilling, enormously rich Chardonnays that see full malolactic, lees aging, and are bottled without filtration. The full-bodied 1999 Chardonnay Allen Vineyard's 15.1% alcohol is concealed by a wealth of candied citrus, lemon zest, mineral, and honeysuckle-like fruit.
