A blend of 54% Sémillon and 46% Sauvignon Blanc, botrytized under controlled conditions, the 2014 Nightingale reveals a pale gold color and notes of lemon tart, marmalade and acacia honey with hints of hay and lemongrass. The palate is sweet, rich and unctuous with a lovely preserved lemon character and great freshness, finishing with a very pleasant herbal lift.
