The dark ruby-colored 1995 Sorella is a superb wine. Its complex aromas, combining blackberries, gravel, sweat, led pencil, peanut oil, and salt, is reminiscent of a hypothetical cross between a Pauillac and Graves. It reveals a velvety mouthful of sweet blueberries, cassis, fresh herbs, and dark cherries. A medium-to-full bodied wine, it also boasts magnificent concentration and power. Even though it is forward and highly-expressive, this wine also possesses a firm Bordeaux-like structure, yet with silky tannins. Projected maturity: now-2010.Note: The Andrew Will Winery is located in a residential neighborhood on Vashon Island. An ordinance prevents Anne and Chris Camarda from receiving visitors to the winery as it would impose on their neighbor's privacy.Tel. (206) 463-3290.
