Blended of 95% Shiraz and 5% Tempranillo, the 2009 Bong Bong Red has a medium-deep garnet-purple color and intense aromas of black pepper and black cherry over hints of red currant, cardamom and dried Mediterranean herbs. Medium-full-bodied with moderate grainy tannins, crisp acid and just enough pepper and berry fruit flavors, it finishes long and pure. Drink it now to 2014. Centennial Vineyards currently does not have a USA importer.
