A blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% each Cinsault and Mourvèdre, the 2016 Cairanne les Travers features aromas and flavors of cherries, cola and dried spices. All destemmed and aged mostly in vats (20% goes into older oak), it's a medium to full-bodied, silky and elegant example of the appellation.
