The 2010 Saint Aubin La Princee has a welcoming, well-defined bouquet that is understated at first, but opens nicely with scents of green apple, lime flower and a dab of spice. The palate has marked acidity on the entry. This might not be Olivier Lamy’s most complex 2010, but it has an appealing penetration that calls out for a fresh plate of mussels! Very fine. Drink now-2017.
