Made from 70% Roussanne and 30% Marsanne that was aged all in older oak, the 2014 St Péray la Belle de Mai is named after the location in Marseille where Laure's great grandmother had a restaurant. Medium to full-bodied, beautifully textured and layered, it has rich aromas and flavors of sautéed apples, spice and honeycomb. It's another high quality white from this team and it will have 4-5 years of longevity, although I see no reason to delay gratification.
