The blockbuster 2007 Chardonnay Estate, which comes from the estate vineyard's two-acre Chardonnay parcel , is a wine of great viscosity and richness, but it is never over-bearing or heavy. Subtle notes of white peaches, lemon oil, quince, mango, and crushed rocks are present in this full-bodied, deep, rich, well-delineated Chardonnay. Enjoy this beauty over the next 4-5 years. Given proprietor Ehren Jordan's experience working in France, it is not surprising that his wines possess French-like acid profiles as well as an unmistakable minerality.
