Shows delicate after notes of smoke and ash, the 2011 Barbaresco Vanotu shows an especially developed bouquet. It peels off layer after layer with cherry, cassis, dark spice, leather and soft chewing tobacco. Compared to Barbaresco Nubiola and Tulin, the Vanotu expression shows a higher degree of savory spice, smoked bacon and cigar ash on the close.
