The 1998 Barolo Bricco Fiasco exhibits notes of Asian spices, new saddle leather, earth, soy, and nori (the seaweed wrap for sushi). It displays phenomenal sweetness on the attack and mid-palate, full body, no hard edges, and a plush, generously rich finish revealing copious quantities of fruit as well as glycerin. Drink it over the next 12-15 years.
