Fairly broad aromas show some evolution with honey notes adding intrigue to ripe stone fruit and floral notes. Medium-sweet, but balanced and taut, with a juicy, crisp texture and lots of minerality on the palate. Persistent layers of flavors with honey, apricot, peach, spice showing nicely. Elegant, though there’s no shortage of density to these flavors. Membrillo, sour drops and apricot are the main themes, set against a mineral undertow.
