Blended of Cabernet Sauvignon (86%), Cabernet Franc (9%), Shiraz (3.5%) and Petit Verdot (1.5%), the 2010 Terra Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet-purple color and pronounced aromas of black currant cordial, eucalypt and dark chocolate with hints of lilacs and toast. Medium to full bodied with plenty of ripe, juicy cassis fruit in the mouth, it has a medium level of chewy tannins, lively acid and a long straightforward finish. Drinking now, it should keep to 2015. Importer: Kysela Pere et Fils, Winchester, Virginia.
