The 2013 Cosme Palacio Crianza is pure Tempranillo that fermented after a long cold soak, with malolactic in barrel and one year in brand new French barriques. There are some notes of evolution, like the year is maturing fast; it is spicy and with fading fruit. The palate is smooth and soft, with good acidity and clean flavors, ending with a spicy note.
