Coming two-thirds from the Beaume lieu-dit and one-third from Le Méal, the 2014 Hermitage Blanc le Reverdy was aged all in demi-muids, with 30% being new. It offers straight up terrific notes of sautéed stone fruits, citrus oil, honeycomb, quince and brioche. Full-bodied, tight, fresh and chiseled, yet still with building richness and plenty of fruit, this beautiful Hermitage Blanc shows the more charming, elegant style of the vintage, yet has plenty of depth. It will evolve gracefully for at least a decade.
