The 2015 Goliardo Espadeiro took some time to take off, as it was a little closed at first and it really expressed the soil in a very intense way. It's sharp and a little young and has very elegant acidity and a finesse that is unusual for Espadeiro. Though it started off a little closed, it didn't stop growing, developing nuances that were not there, like blood orange peel, and, in fact, I couldn't make up my mind as to which one I preferred.... 600 bottles were filled in December 2016.
