There is some entrained CO2 in the 2019 Colli Perugini Grechetto, with tiny bubbles, in an otherwise straight-up table wine from Goretti. It is a very simple and luminous expression of Grechetto with a light golden appearance, showing citrus, peach and even a touch of spicy clove. This wine is simple and snappy, with the fresh acidity to pair with a pizza bianca with mushrooms. Some 25,000 bottles were made.
