The 2021 Shiraz is from a biodynamically managed vineyard in Yallingup (north of Margaret River, south of Dunsborough) that was planted in 1998. This is a routinely satisfying, spicy little wine that is possessed of a pure core of fruit and spicy, supple tannins. This vintage is all of that. 2021 was cooler than 2020, and while the Windance Shiraz performed exceptionally well in 2020, this poised iteration of the wine is very favorable indeed. 14% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
