Etude continues to fashion one of California’s finest Pinot Gris. While their 2008 Pinot Gris may not be quite up to the level of their gorgeous 2007, it is a fresh, lively white offering lots of honeyed apple and tropical fruit notes. The acidity is zesty, and the wine was obviously aged in tank as there is no evidence of wood.
