The 2008 Chardonnay was barrel fermented in new oak and about 2/3 underwent malo-lactic. Displaying pronounced aromas of pineapple pastry, passion fruit, green mango and a touch of oatmeal, this is a rich, fat, concentrated, full bodied style with a very long, exotic fruit finish. Seductive now, it should drink to 2016+.
