Gianni Gagliardo’s 2006 Barolo is a very pretty wine laced with sweet spices, red berries, crushed flowers and French oak. Medium in body, the wine reveals gorgeous, silky tannins and fabulous overall balance. Hints of smoke and tar add a touch of darkness on the finish.
