The 2009 Morellino di Scansano Bellamarsilia is a dark, seductive wine graced with notable depth and a soft, silky personality. Ideally it is best enjoyed on the young side. The blend is 85% Sangiovese, 10% Ciliegiolo and 5% Alicante. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014. These are two attractive wines from Poggio Argentiera.
