The nose on the 2010 Etnic Blanco is quite closed, with traces of crushed stone and melon, though it seems a little smudged at this stage. The palate is balanced and simple, with a pleasing waxy texture and touches of white peach and grapefruit towards the finish. This represents fine, easy drinking pleasure. Drink now-2015. Celler El Masroig is Monstant’s largest co-operative. It was founded in 1917 between grape and olive growers and consists of 300 members who tend 500 hectares of vineyard.
