The 2011 Etnic Blanco is a subtly-oaked Garnacha Blanca (part of the wine was in new oak barrels for three months and the rest stayed in stainless steel vats) which mixes notes of smoky wood and baking spices with yellow and white fruit, with a medium to full-bodied palate with great acidity, clean flavors and a powerful, persistent finish.
