This 10-year old vineyard in northern Barossa has produced an unfined/unfiltered 2000 Shiraz that was aged 16 months in American oak. Made from extremely small yields, it possesses a dense purple color, sweet aromas of peppery blackberry and cassis fruit, fabulous texture, a sweet, expansive, full-bodied palate, and a long, lush finish. It is a hedonistic, decadently rich red to drink over the next 8-10 years.
