The 2006 Reserva is loaded with blackberry and dark chocolate on the nose with hints of lavender developing with aeration. The palate is full-bodied with gripping tannins on the entry. There is a dark, tightly knit core of oaky black fruit, although it is missing some personality toward the finish. Drink now-2016.
