My selection of Drouhin's 1991s from the Cote de Nuits were all good to excellent wines. The richest of the 1991 Drouhin selections I tasted is the 1991 Chambolle-Musigny-Les Amoureuses. The deep ruby color and excellent bouquet of toasty new oak, black-raspberries, and spice are followed by a medium-bodied wine with moderate tannins and a long finish. The wine will benefit from another 6-12 months in the bottle; it should keep for 5-8 years. Importer: Dreyfus Ashby & Co., New York, NY.
