Loads of flowers are intermingled with pears and apples in the expressive nose of the 2001 Saint-Aubin En Remilly. Revealing excellent flesh and depth, this wine reveals flavors reminiscent of spicy minerals. While it lacks the previous wine’s sex-appeal and finish, it delivers a delicious, light to medium-bodied mouthful. Drink it over the next 5 years.
