The 2007 Pinot Noir Shea Vineyard is a blend of two clones. Dark ruby-colored, on the palate it is unusually dense for the vintage. Intensely flavored and succulent, it is my favorite of the collection. It should offer a drinking window extending from 2012 to 2022. Ken Wright describes 2007 as -?a really difficult year. It challenged me to be really good at farming and to be patient?Luckily it was cool and the fruit remained intact.- All things considered, it appears that Wright performed optimally in this challenging vintage with what nature provided.
