From 55-year old vines, the Meursault Les Chevaliers (muted on the nose) is super-ripe, bordering on off-dry, with deep, sweet, toasted, lively fruit, and an oily texture. Medium-to-full-bodied, it should be consumed over the next 5 years. This note is the result of tastings I did in Burgundy between January 7 and January 29.
