The white blend 2017 Gran Caus Blanco is a blend of 50% Xarello, 30% Chenin Blanc and 20% Chardonnay that was fermented in stainless steel and bottled unoaked. The wine is kept in bottle for one to two years before it's released. There are some nutty aromas, hints of yeasts, Mediterranean herbs and fennel. The palate has pungent flavors, and it's round, integrated and finishes dry, with the characteristic saline note form the zone. 13,303 bottles were filled in March 2018.
