The 2010 Inspiracion Valdemar Las Canteras is a single vineyard wine that blends Tempranillo and Graciano to create a quite dark cherry-colored wine with a tight, backward nose that slowly reveals aromas of licorice and black fruit and a very balanced palate, somehow austere, whose harmony makes it very pleasant to drink. Drink 2014-2018. Bodegas Valdemar, which seemed very modern when created in 1985, has a wide portfolio of well-crafted, clean wines showing good typicity and balance as well as an interesting collection of varietals.
