From four parcels in Westhofen, the 2015 Weisser Burgunder raised in traditional oak vats (2,400/3,000 liters) and bottled in April 2016. The wine offers a clear, bright, intense and fresh nose with ripe berry aromas and a lovely citrus flavor. This is round and fruity on the palate, but also elegant, vital and stimulatingly pure. Salty in the finish, this is a pretty complex and intense Pinot with length and character. A perfect wine for every day. It combines ripeness and density with freshness and mineral expression.
