The 2003 Barolo Cannubi reveals perfumed aromatics, ripe red fruit and sweet toasted oak. It offers modest depth and complexity, and should drink well for another seven or eight years. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2015. Damilano’s 2003 Barolos are made in a soft, accessible style suitable for near or mid-term drinking.
