The 2005 Shiraz is purple-colored with an expressive nose of pencil lead, scorched earth, mulberry, plum, and blueberry. Medium to full-bodied, on the palate it has plenty of savory fruit, a plush texture, some underlying structure, and 2-3 years of aging potential. Drink it from 2011 to 2018.
