Deep garnet-black in color, the 2010 G.A.M. Shiraz reveals evolving notes of prunes, dried mulberries and creme de cassis with suggestions of smoky bacon, dusty earth and dried sage. Very full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, it provides tons of mature fruit and spice flavors with a savory undercurrent and is framed by medium-level powdery tannins.
