The 2016 Kallstadter Saumagen Riesling Kabinett trocken opens perfectly matured after 3.5 years of aging. Limestone, herbal and stone fruit aromas and dried white fruit and even floral aromas on the nose lead to a lean, straight, refreshing and well-structured palate with a tight, minerally fresh and elegant finish. Very stimulating! 11.5% alcohol. Tasted from AP 1717 in July 2020.
