The 1994 Barolo Bussia Vigna Rocche is soft, but reveals tannin and definition. Medium-bodied, with more power and concentration than many 1994s, the wine's overall impression is one of charm and finesse as well as full maturity. This delicious tobacco and cherry-scented and flavored Barolo can be drunk now, but should have a longer lifeline than most 1994s - say 5-7 years.
